1. Services

Klassic Clean Service provides residential cleaning (standard, deep and move-in / move-out cleaning) and auto washing and detailing services. The scope, price and schedule of each job are agreed with you before work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are free. Your price is confirmed before any work begins. Discounts and specials described on this website are offered at our discretion, apply as described when you book, and may change.

3. Access and Your Responsibilities

You agree to give us safe access to the home or vehicle at the scheduled time, to tell us about any fragile, valuable or sensitive items or surfaces, and to secure pets and valuables before we arrive.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

Please give as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule an appointment so the time can be offered to another client.

5. Concerns

If something is not right after a service, contact us as soon as possible so we can look into it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service.

7. Website Use

The content of this website is provided for general information. We may update this website at any time without notice.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Klassic Clean Service operates a text messaging program so customers and prospective customers can reach us and receive service updates. These SMS terms form part of these Terms & Conditions.

Messages relate to the service you asked us about: replies to your questions, quotes and estimates, appointment confirmations and reminders, arrival and job-status updates, invoices and receipts, and follow-up about work we have completed for you. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text campaigns.
  • How you opt in. You consent to receive text messages by giving us your mobile number and asking us to contact you — for example by submitting a request form on this website, by ticking a text-message consent box where one is provided, or by texting us first at (954) 289-3671. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Message frequency. Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us and on any active or upcoming job.
  • Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Klassic Clean Service is not responsible for charges from your carrier.
  • How to opt out. Text STOP to (954) 289-3671 at any time to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further texts to that number. You can opt back in at any time by texting us again.

  • Carrier liability. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier.
  • Supported carriers. Our program is supported by major mobile carriers in the United States. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

The mobile information you share with us, and your text messaging consent, are handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information Klassic Clean Service collects, how we use and protect it, how our text messaging consent works, and the choices and rights you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by using this website or our services you agree to it.
